I wanted to take this opportunity of saying goodbye to you all as I will be retiring at the end of the month, my last day at work being 25th May.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at the Fragile X Society; I have learnt so much and have worked with a wonderful group of people.
We are such a good team, and I will miss all my colleagues in the office, especially Jane whom I have worked closely with over the last 4 ½ years. It has been a real pleasure and a privilege to be in contact with families and professionals whether through email, phone calls or at meetings and conferences. However, I will be leaving you in the capable hands of my replacement Alison.
I will leave you with my last ‘snippets of information blog’ about ‘The New school Year’ and trust you all have a great summer.
