We are grateful for the kindness of local community groups and organisations, companies and individuals who all choose to get involved and recognise that our cause is both essential and unique. We receive no government funding and rely entirely on voluntary contributions. This is where you, or perhaps someone you know, might be able to help us.
Explore the information below to find out more about the ways you can get involved to help us raise vital funds.
Become a Volunteer
Our work wouldn’t be possible without the generous volunteer support we receive from our community. Giving your time will help us achieve our aims and continue to provide vital support to those that need it.

Where Your Money Goes
We're so grateful for every penny our fundraising heroes raise for us! Here is a breakdown of where your money goes and how this helps us to continue providing free support and information to individuals, families, and professionals impacted by Fragile X Syndrome.
Could pay for us to send our vital information to a newly diagnosed family.
Could allow us to run our helpline service for an hour, through which we have thousands of contacts every year.
Could provide support to a family for a whole year, including use of our helpline and support, conferences and free resources.
Could pay for Families and Professionals Advisors for one month to provide evidence-based specialist support and guidance to people living with Fragile X across the UK.
