Kunal wanted to share with you all some of the fun activities he enjoys with his friends at Pholk Care
My name is Kunal Panchal and I have Fragile X Syndrome. In the week, I am supported by Pholk Care who take me out in a group and on a one-to-one basis. We visit lots of different places such as Top Golf, Caddies mini golf, bowling, Sealife Centre, the Zoo and we even visited Santa Claus on the Polar Express.
On a Thursday evening, we have a cookery class run by Jason (Pholk Care), we have learned how to cook lots of different dishes. Some of the things we have made so far are: sausage and mash, homemade pizza, quesadillas and curry.
In March it will be my birthday, so I am going to go out and celebrate with all my friends. I have organised the day and we are going to Hollywood Bowl and the Toby Carvery for lunch, it will be really fun!
