We know that you will be receiving lots of emails about the current situation with coronavirus (COVID-19), so we will keep this brief. We wanted to take the opportunity to let you know how we can support you at this time.
Our helpline. We know it's an uncertain time so we want you to know that our “helpline” is still here for you to try and answer your questions and listen to any concerns that you have. Please do get in touch with us. You can reach our Families and Professionals Advisors via email (email@example.com) on their typical working days (Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-5pm). In addition, Monday-Thursday we will have a member of staff at the end of the phone 01371875100. We may take a message when you call and the most appropriate member of staff will get back in touch with you. We are a small team and may not always have the answers immediately. But, as always, we will do our best to help. We will be using your questions to guide the information we source, create and share through this time with our wider community. For example, based on your questions so far, we have put together a piece on Fragile X and Social Distancing.
Our online community. Whilst our face-to-face events are not going ahead, remember that we have an active community on Facebook. You can also follow us on our social media [Facebook, Twitter] and check our website for updates.
